ive recently decided that it would be a good idea to move to toronto. this is
because it is slightly colder than new york (where i live now) and it has a good caribbean festival. evidently it is a multiethnic place, which is nice too. of course new york fits all of these very exacting standards of mine, but being that i live here, it lacks the exoticness of a place like toronto. and, being that i dont want to move too far from new york, toronto is it. not so much that it is a wildly interesting place - but it is just the most interesting place closest to new york.
surely this is peripheral information whose only purpose is to introduce you to the blog. the picture is of me in olympic national park, starting my first fire. a very important moment, were i doing it millions of years ago. as it stands, it only serves to prove the inadequateness of city life in terms of teaching people to live not in cities. i mean honestly - 27 years old before i figured out how to make a fire! the fact that it was done in a rain forest gives me a couple of points, but really, nothing to brag about (are my world coping skills).
with that said, i shall waste no more time in welcoming you to my blog, where you wil find information as riveting as that which you have already found and then some. truth is, i dont know what the focus is going to be, but what teh hell, i also havent given anyone the website address so i guess it doesnt matter. in fact i can say things like shit and fuck and nobody would even care because at the moment im sreaming in a desolate forest.
nonetheless, more is on the way, this is just me introducing myself and warming up my fingers and mind...
peace

also, it should be noted that the fire was made with only a wet pack of matches. no lighter, no fluid, no nothing.
